Tips for Ordering

Communicating the memorial bronze plaque or aluminum plaque you desire can, at times, be difficult. Therefore, we have a few tips for you when you are preparing to order a memorial plaque.

1. When you call, specify at the switchboard that you wish to order a memorial bronze plaque, or an aluminum plaque.
2. Direct the sales representative concerning the location you will be installing your plaque.
3. Try and make a decision (before you call) on what wording is needed, how you will mount the plaque, what style border you want, and the other specifications, such as: metal finish, background texture, etc. This is not required, since our reps are here to assist you in your decision in these matters, but pre-thought can greatly speed up the process.
4. Send any artwork in either .AI format or .CDR format (with ALL fonts converted to outlines/curves). Any other file format sent to us will be handled by our art department.
5. Please be patient. Many calls/e-mails back and forth may be needed to make sure that you get the memorial plaque you want.
